Product & Candle Care
We proudly use a soy blend wax and blend high quality fragrance oils. We do not add any synthetic chemical fillers to modify its true nature. Because each and every batch of all natural soy wax can vary due to its natural surroundings such of temperature and climate changes, we are always striving to ensure the best consistency by continuing to hand-pour in small batches. Take care with our candles to prolong its life.
Trim the wick down to ¼” prior to burning to ensure a clean-burning flame. Leaving the wick too long may cause the flame to enlarge which will burn the wax faster and shorten the lifespan of your candle.
The first Burn
The first burn of your candle sets the stage for all subsequent burns. Allow your candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edges.
To extend the life and scent shelf-life of your candle, we recommend not to burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Each time you burn your candle, the wax should melt all the way to the outer edges to keep a beautiful even surface.
Please be mindful to always use precaution during an open flame. Here are other helpful safety tips:
A burning candle will get hot. Always burn a candle at least 12 inches away from flammable objects and surfaces.
Keep a burning candle away from drafts, open air vents, ceiling fans, or open windows as this can make a candle burn more rapidly.
Extinguish the flame before it burns down to the bottom when there’s 1/2” of wax.
Candle wax and water don’t mix. This can cause the wax to spatter or spark the wick.
Avoid moving a candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquefied.
Always remember to keep lighters and matches out of children’s and pet’s reach.
Never leave a child or pets alone in a room with a burning candle.
Store with the lid on. This prevents dust from accumulating, which can affect the scent when burned.
